Sell the3 months.

One offer, one price, said up front. We call JackedCo's past leads, find the ones who have started before and fallen off, and close them on the 3-month program. No bait, no discount, no fake deadline.

The number · cash collected

₹3L to ₹4L.Cash, not contracts.

We promised Umer ₹3L to ₹4L collected from his old leads in the first 14 days. Cash in the account is the only number that counts. Contract value gets reported next to it, never instead of it.

B1The bar

What it takes

  • 6 paid in full = ₹3.3L. 8 = ₹4.4L.
  • 11 on instalments = ₹3.02L. 15 = ₹4.1L.
  • Full payment is always offered first. Instalments are the second option, not the opener.

For scale: JackedCo collects about ₹1.97L in an average month. This bar is roughly double that, from a list that already exists. [Umer, onboarding form, 25 Oct]

Who we call.

Umer's lead sheet: 715 rows, about 624 people. Work it from the top. Most of the list can't pay ₹55,000, and we don't pretend otherwise.

New applications

Applications from jackedco.in/apply land in Ultimate OS as source Application, survey finishers as Zero Report. The application asks how much he'll invest over 3 months:

  • ₹1L to ₹1.5L, or ₹1.5L+: through. Call him.
  • ₹50K to ₹1L: for review. Qualify on the call.
  • Not ready: disqualified. No call.

Until Zero-Lapse launches, applicants are offered the same ₹55,000 program. If Mohit changes that, this card changes.

Umer's red flags

Umer's best predictor of a bad client is how he behaves before he pays. End it politely if you see:

  • Only replies after several reminders
  • Forgets the call, or reschedules last minute
  • Excuses instead of ownership, or won't take guidance
  • Can't commit to the floor: 2 workouts a week, weekly data

"The biggest predictor of a potentially difficult client is someone who demonstrates poor communication and unreliability even before paying us."

03

What he gets · ₹55,000, 3 months

The offer.

Umer's full Pro+ delivery for 3 months, plus two things he can't get anywhere else: a day-one call with Umer himself, and a written plan for what comes after.

O1Included

The program

  • Diet plan built around his schedule, plus the 200+ item Food Swap Guide
  • Workout plan in the Tracked app, with form review on his videos (P.T. In Your Pocket)
  • Accountability Maxxing Texts: the coach messages him, not the other way round
  • 24x7 chat and a weekly 1:1 review on Meet
  • Calls on demand, up to 2 a week

Calls are capped at 2 a week per Umer's note on the gameplan. Never promise more. Day-to-day coaching is run by Aaron, Umer's partner.

O2Bonuses

Only on this offer

  • Identity Reset call, day 1, 1:1 with Umer. About an hour, before anything else starts. Umer's line: you don't get a fitness mindset to get fit, you change your mind altogether.
  • Phase Two plan. Before month 3 ends, a written plan for the next phase, so the result doesn't stop when the program does.
O3Payment

How he pays

₹55,000 or 2 × ₹27,500
  • Offer full payment first. Instalments only if he asks or hesitates on cash.
  • No downsell. Basic, Pro and Pro+ at the old prices are not on the table. Decision Week is not offered either.
  • A no at ₹55,000 goes to nurture, tagged with the reason. It is a lead for later, not a discount.
O4Umer's guarantee

The 2x refund

"If you are not in the best shape of your life after following the protocol for 3/6 months, I will give you a 2X refund."

It is conditional. Say the conditions every time you say the guarantee:

  • Weekly data sent (weight, photos)
  • Cardio goals met
  • Diet talk with the coach before off-plan food
  • At least 2 workouts a week

Never say "guaranteed results" without the conditions. That is a misleading promise, and Umer's line is no misleading promises.

04

WhatsApp · direct, price up front

The firstmessage.

Mohit's call: the first message names the program, the price and the terms, then asks one question. Anyone who replies already knows the number, so the call is fit-and-close, not a reveal. Expect fewer replies than a soft open, and better calls.

W1Draft · Mohit approves

The opener

Hi {first name}, this is {your name} from Umer Belal's team at JackedCo. You'd reached out to Umer about coaching earlier. We've opened a 3-month program for working professionals who've started before and fallen off. Your coach messages you every day, your diet is built around your actual schedule, your form gets reviewed on video, and you start with a 1:1 call with Umer himself. It's ₹55,000 for the 3 months, paid in full or in 2 instalments. Before anything else: where are you at with your training right now?

Send to tiers A, B, then C. One follow-up after 24 hours, one more after 72. Three touches, then it's done.

W2When he replies

Book the call

  • He answers the question: reflect one thing back in his words, then offer two call times today or tomorrow.
  • "Too expensive": don't argue on WhatsApp. "Understood. Most people who join have spent more than that on things that didn't stick. Worth 20 minutes to see if this is different?" One try only.
  • "Not now": ask when, set the reminder, tag nurture.
  • Silence after three touches: stop. Tag no-response.

Calls happen on Google Meet. Speed matters: reply within 5 minutes while he's in the chat.

05

Fit and close · Varun

The call.

Umer's own data: buyers decide on the belief shift in the call, not on an ad or a discount. Your job is to get him to say, in his own words, why every attempt before this one broke.

  1. Confirm he knows the number

He saw the price in the first message. Say it once more so nobody is surprised at the end.

"Before we start: you saw it's ₹55,000 for 3 months. Still worth 20 minutes?"

  2. Where he is, and his date

What he weighs, how he trains, what his week looks like. Then the most useful question on the call: is there a date he wants to be ready by? A wedding, a trip, a birthday, a new role.

"What date do you need to be ready by, and for what?"

  3. What he's tried, and where it broke

ChatGPT diets, a gym alone, a trainer, another coach, a "beast mode" phase. For each one, ask the same thing: what happened in the week it stopped?

"When you fell off last time, how long before anyone noticed?"

  4. Name the real reason

The plan was never the problem. He fails in the days after one bad week (a deadline, a trip, a wedding), and nobody steps in until it's already a lapse.

"You didn't need a better plan. You needed someone who notices on day three."

  5. Walk him through the 3 months

Day 1: the Identity Reset call with Umer, then onboarding with Aaron. Every day: the coach writes first. Every week: the review. Month 3: the Phase Two plan. Then the guarantee, with its four conditions.

  6. Ask for it

Full payment first. If cash is the issue, 2 instalments of ₹27,500. Then stop talking.

"Do you want to start with full payment, or split it in two?"

  7. Yes, or no

Yes: collect payment on the call, then hand off to Aaron for onboarding and book the Identity Reset call with Umer. No: ask the real reason, log it, tag nurture. Never offer a cheaper tier.

What he'll say · and what you say back

Objections.

The first three are the ones Umer hears most. His read: what stops them at the last moment usually isn't doubt in the coaching. It's doubt in themselves. Tap one.

07

Non-negotiable · Umer's line is our line

Never saythis.

Umer's brand is built on not lying to people. One overpromise on a call costs him more than the sale is worth.

R1Never

Fake urgency

No "only 3 spots left", no "price goes up tomorrow", no invented deadline. If he needs time, he gets time. The only real date is his own.

R2Never

Medical claims

Nothing about thyroid, diabetes, PCOD, medication, or weight-loss drugs. If he raises a condition: "Check that with your doctor first. Our coach works within whatever they tell you."

R3Never

Made-up proof

Only results Umer can show, and only as they're shown (see objection on results). Followers: 95.3K, never the old 117K peak. Don't say Umer did this transformation himself.

R4Never

Guarantee without conditions

The 2x refund is always said with its four conditions. "Guaranteed results" on its own is a promise JackedCo doesn't make.

R5Never

Other clients

We sell for more than one fitness brand. Never mention another brand, its leads, its prices or its results on a JackedCo call. Separate lists, separate scripts.

R6Never

Humiliate him

Umer is hard on excuses and kind to people who are trying. Push on what he did, never on what he looks like.
