Sales team · After the dial

ZeroLapse.

What we sell once the old list is done: a higher-earning buyer, a named system, and one program at 3 or 6 months. Learn it now so the first call on new traffic isn't the first time you've said it.

01

Who we sell to · more Sourabhs

The buyer.

A professional in a metro, earning ₹1.5L+ a month, who already knows what to do, has started and fallen off at least twice, and will pay to stop falling off. He isn't buying information. He's buying certainty that this time it sticks.

B1Profile

Who he is

Who
Man, 27 to 38. Software, consulting, finance, sales, product, management, or his own business. 4+ years in.
Income
₹1.5L+ a month, personal. Umer's best clients earn ₹2L+.
Where
Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad.
His week
9 to 10 hour days, travel, deadlines, dinners, family.
Tried
ChatGPT diets, gym alone, a trainer, another coach, a "beast mode" phase.

The template: Sourabh. IIT, software developer, skinny-fat, demanding job.

B2Who gets a call

Five qualifiers

  • Can invest: the application's ₹1L+ bands go straight through; ₹50K to ₹1L is qualified on the call.
  • Aged 25 to 40, working or running a business. Students go to content, never a call.
  • Has tried before and fallen off at least once. A first-timer wants beast mode, not this.
  • Can meet the floor: 2 workouts a week, weekly data.
  • Replies and shows up before paying.

The form no longer asks income, so the ₹1.5L line is checked by you on the call, through his job and his week, not by asking his salary outright.

02

Same man · different reason for now

Why now.

Every lead is tagged with one buyer type. The core seven come from Umer's buyers' own words. Know which one is on the call in the first five minutes, and use his line, not a generic pitch.

Buyer typeYou'll hearYour line
The AI Bro"ChatGPT, Google, or YouTube"You don't need a ninth plan. You need someone who notices on day three.
The Restarter"I used to be regular at gym but now I just find excuses."Starting was never your problem.
Skinny-Fat Developer"I've been skinny fat for the longest time."Not too heavy, not fit. Just stuck in between.
Plateau Lifter"I've been training for 3 years, but still I struggle from my diet."Three years of training. Same photo.
Stress-Weight Exec"Due to cortisol I have gained almost 8 kgs."The job got bigger. So did you.
The New Father"Be the version of me for my kids."Energy, and being the example.
The Finance RoomBanking, consulting, leadershipEveryone in that room reads you before you speak.
W1Experimental

A date he can't miss

Being tested in small ad budgets: the Groom, the Rishta, the Dating Profile, the Heir, the Raising Founder, the Road Warrior, the Trip, the Old Athlete, the Milestone, the Face of the Company, the Wake-Up Report, the NRI Homecoming, the Comeback.

If a lead names one, tag it. These have no client story yet, so don't promise a result tied to one.

W2Careful

Sharper on calls, never cruel

Ads can't mention his body, weight or income. On a call you can be more direct, in his own words. But never humiliate him, and never make a health claim, even for the Wake-Up Report ("talk to your doctor").

03

The system · say it in 60 seconds

Plan-and-Prayvs Zero-Lapse.

He doesn't fail because of the wrong plan. He fails in the days after one bad day. Most coaches hand over a plan, check in once a week, and find out four days late.

M1Four parts

What Zero-Lapse is

  • The Non-Negotiables. The plan is cut to the few things that must happen every day, fitted to his calendar.
  • The Daily Catch. The coach messages first, every day, before the slip.
  • Crunch Mode. When the week blows up, the plan drops to the non-negotiables the same day instead of breaking.
  • The Weekly Reset. Measure, review, adjust: diet, training, form.

Crunch Mode is new and still needs Umer's yes. Don't sell it until this tab goes live.

M2The promise

24 hours

< 24h

No missed day goes 24 hours without the coach stepping in. He will still miss days. Zero-Lapse promises the miss never turns into a lapse.

"Every coach looks the same on day one. The difference is what happens on the Wednesday your deadline hits. Most coaches find out on Sunday. Ours is in your chat that night, with a smaller plan for the rest of the week."

Never say "you'll never miss a day". That's not what Zero-Lapse means.

Full payment first. Two instalments allowed. No downsell to a cheaper tier: a lead who can't pay is a lead for later, not a discount.

A low-ticket starter product is parked. Don't mention it.

05

What's different · on the call

The datesets the length.

The call runs the same as the dial (Now tab, section 05), with two changes: the date question does more work, and you pitch 6 months first.

  1. Get his date, in his words

The application will ask it. Read it before the call and open with it.

"You said you need to be ready by {date} for {reason}. Tell me about that."

  2. Tag his buyer type

One of the core seven, or an experimental date. Use that line (section 02), not a generic one.

  3. Name Plan-and-Pray

Ask what his last coach did the week he slipped. Then explain the 24-hour promise (section 03).

  4. Pitch 6, then let the date decide

4+ months to his date, or no date: 6 months. Under 4 months: 3 months, with Phase Two as the natural next step.

  5. Full payment first, then 2 instalments

Same as the dial. No downsell.
